Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, there will be no returns unless the product arrives in an unacceptable condition. Please be aware that not all factory packaging of these products are perfect. No product with significant damage, both individual boxes or cases, will be sold unless stated in the description describing the damages. Booster boxes may come with slightly loose shrink or minor corner dings. Cases may come with some minor blemishes including small dents or punctures. No damaged product (damage to shrink or seals) will be sold without proper notice ahead of time.

THERE WILL BE A 10% CANCELLATION FEE FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT YET SHIPPED.

Preorder Policy

Payment is due at the time of the preorder purchase. Preorders will ship before, on, or shortly after the release date of the product, pending on when shipment of product arrives to our store. Preorders are subject to the cancellation policy and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee on your order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
